Is there a membership fee for the Trade Program?
The program is complimentary to design and building professionals.
How do I become a Haiku Home Trade Partner?
Each professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their qualifications, such as a company website, membership in a professional organization, or diploma. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please see Registration page for full details.
Do Trade Program members receive discounts?
Yes, Trade Program members enjoy exclusive, discounted pricing on all Haiku fans and lights, year-round, with no minimum purchase required. Discounts vary by product and series type.
Are there any additional program benefits?
We offer a number of “perks” for partnering with us including: complimentary finish samples, end-to-end design assistance, free shipping, and no order minimums.

No. Trade Program members enjoy exclusive discounts on any order, of any size.

Does Haiku Home collect sales tax on Trade Program member orders?
We are required to collect sales tax when shipping to states where we maintain operations (please see Registration page for this listing). For tax exemption, you must submit a valid resale certificate.
Does Haiku Home offer payment terms?
Yes, we offer Net 30 terms to customers with approved credit. To apply for terms please complete the following steps:
- Download the Haiku Home credit application.
- Fax the completed form to our credit department at (859) 977-0730 or email receivables@bigasssolutions.com.
- Please allow 5 business days for notification regarding the approval of your application.
What forms of payment does Haiku Home accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), checks, wire transfers, and Haiku Home gift cards.
Can I place an order online?
Yes. However, your trade discount cannot currently be applied to online orders. We hope to offer this convenience in the very near future!
What is Haiku Home’s return policy?
We offer a 60-day “no reason necessary” return policy for Trade Program member orders.
Shipping & Delivery
How will my order be shipped?
- Haiku Fans and Lights ship via Fedex Ground from Lexington, Kentucky. Once shipped, packages deliver in 1–5 business days within the lower 48 states, depending on the distance (no signature required). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada arrive in 3–7 business days (no signature required).
- An order with 10 or more Haiku fans can be palletized and shipped via freight carrier – please request a freight quote.
- Big Ass Fans & Lights (Isis, Essence, etc.) are palletized and shipped via freight carrier for a flat fee.
Can Haiku Home ship using my freight account?
Yes. Please provide the appropriate freight account information to your Haiku Home representative when ordering.
Can Haiku Home expedite shipping?
Yes, we can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Please contact your Haiku Home representative for details.
Can Haiku Home expedite production?
Yes, we can expedite the production of your order for an additional fee. Please contact your Haiku Home representative for details.
Can Haiku Home drop ship to my customer?
Yes, we offer free drop shipping on all Haiku fans and lights in the 48 contiguous states.

For complimentary samples, please contact your rep or complete a request online. We offer swatches in all airfoil and hardware finishes.
